自製風乾蘆筍脆條
最近買了一部食物風乾機，貪新鮮的天天在廚房裡搞作，為小柴犬弄了一大堆零嘴，由最簡單的切片風肉如三文魚、鴨肝到其實一點也不複雜的牛肉甘筍燕麥薄脆，真的又乾又淨，牠吃得一臉滿足快樂。
而我又怎會待薄自己呢，拿了一束Baby Asparagus洗淨後燙得半熟，再在風乾機縮小再縮小，翠綠的露筍不到幾小時竟然瘦成如Pocky餅乾條一樣，像海苔般的賣相雖然不甚討好，但是口感比薯片還脆，原味馥郁集中，口腔裡團團流轉，呷一口綠茶最好，不過我手中握著的仍是一杯Coke Light。
