Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2009

Lung King Heen

二星

Amber
Bo Innovation
Caprice
L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon
Shang Palace 香宮
Summer Palace
T’ang Court

一星

Fook Lam Moon (Wanchai)
Forum 富臨
Hutong 胡同
Lei Garden (IFC)
Lei Garden (Tsim Sha Tsui)
Ming Court 明閣
Petrus
Pierre
Regal Palace
Shanghai Garden
The Golden Leaf
The Square
Tim’s Kitchen
Yung Kee

三星

Robuchon a Galera

二星

Tim’s Kitchen

Imperial Court
The Eight 8
Tung Yee Heen
Ying

  5. very much agree with most of them.
please to know that Spoon didn’t award any star.

Service and wine list are two very improtant factors as well.

  10. Pretty much agreed with jjjohn

In fact, someone who has tried most of the restaurants on the Michelin list would know why they are being selected!

Openrice is a guide for “daily casual dining”, Michelin guide is a guide for really “tasting” food and always with wine!
