欠租一仙的房屋處通知書

雖云公事公辦、均均真真，但欠租0.01元也要出信追討，是不是帶點荒謬呢？既浪費人力物力，也算擾民，讓收信人啼笑皆非之餘，也要繳交所欠費用，只不過銀行的交易金最少也要一元起，付方白蝕0.99元，搞笑鳥。

不求變通，但求無過，制度僵化之處，觀微知著。

  5. But it is an outsourced property management company, isn’t it? technically, it is not The Government’s fault?

    even in the gov’s record, there is $0.01 outstanding, it was the management company who issue the notice, not gov.

    Please correct me if I am wrong

  6. 即係我想問點解係物業管理公司出通知書, 而唔係真係房署出通知書呢?? 但係呢封以物業管理公司信紙出既信件, 又會以”致電xxxxxxx與本處職員聯絡”, 咁究竟呢封斜角度擺放既信紙, 加上直角90度既文字的信件, 係屬於政府房署公函, 定係物業管理公司信件呢?? 我真係有存疑囉……….多多得罪….

  7. I’m not 100% certain, but you may zoom in to the picture and check up on the letters 0.01—-it seemed different with the other fonts, while the others appeared with some kind of chromatic aberration while the 0.01 shown up perfectly.

    Buy anyway, that does sounded like the shitty things our dear government will do. lol
