黎明MV《情》之抄上抄

非常費解,難道世上再沒有更好的reference嗎?明明上年周筆暢MV《魚罐頭》已足本百分百抄了《白夜》一次,事後通晒中港台的天,何以今次黎明新歌《情》的MV又來照板煮碗?我不再貿然責怪創作人,畢竟分分鐘是老頂指定要跟足的。不過原來是黎明自己做導演!但又不肯落足料,製作粗糙,狗尾貂續,還以為是歡樂今宵年代的功歌惡搞,黎明,sorry,你好似紙紮公仔。MV最後打上 to be continued,忽然叫我期待,下回又會參考誰?又或這其實是二次創作,跟《魚罐頭》MV一樣向《白夜》致敬?還是玩Remix?粉絲硬要是說兩個MV故事的結尾不同,不算是抄襲,天下文章一大抄等等,唔該留返在閣下的微博和討論區說個夠,這裡冇位。

抄功課有錯,抄創作呢?版權法下還有錢收呢。

喬布斯蘋果剪影 理大生承認非原創

關於喬布斯之死,我沒什麼偉論發表,只在社交網絡碎碎念,卻觸動了蘋果迷的神經,所以也不再談下去了,畢竟我是不明白人類的狂熱。

 

 

而本來可堪讚賞的,是當喬布斯離世之後,香港理大生麥朗所創作的致敬作品深受世人激賞,但當我讀到報導所寫,他說:「當然我希望可以令我賺到錢,但我做呢個原本都係貪玩,人哋咁欣賞我,對我來講已經好開心。」不過,他亦不排除日後會申請專利,與蘋果合作推出官方產品,悼念喬布斯。

Hong Kong design student says Jobs tribute not original

(Reuters) – A Hong Kong design student’s tribute to Steve Jobs that generated a buzz in cyberspace following the death of the co-founder of Apple last week is not original, the teenager said on Monday.

Jonathan Mak, 19, said he was not the first to come up with the design that fits Jobs’ silhouette into the bite of the Apple logo. He was speaking after comments surfaced on Twitter that a U.K.-based designer, known as Raid71 on the web, created the original design in May.

The design posted by Mak on the Internet spread like wildfire in cyberspace on Thursday, just after the passing of Jobs.

It drew hundreds of thousands of posts, and commemorative caps and T-shirts peddled on eBay featured his design. The logo was even used by Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher as his Twitter profile picture.

Mak, a student at Hong Kong’s Polytechnic University School of Design, acknowledged he was not the original creator of the design but said he did not “rip off” the U.K. designer.

“I still arrived at the solution on my own, and my conscience is still clear, but I’m more than happy to acknowledge the fact that somebody did it before me,” Mak told Reuters.

Like Mak’s design, the UK-based designer fits Jobs’ silhouette into the bite of the Apple logo. But the dimensions and proportions of that design differ from Mak’s logo.

Jobs, who created revolutionary products and reshaped the way the world approaches computing and personal communications, died on Wednesday at the age of 56.

I have broken the unspoken rule of how to reblog on Tumblr by putting my response on top, but I believe it’s necessary for people to see this:

I have indeed been informed by others earlier last night (perhaps even earlier, but I was too overwhelmed by emails to notice) of RAID71’s work.

People have accused me of ripping off photos such as this one, which I have already seen when I did the Google search after having the idea. Whether you take my word for it or not, the visual similarities of these images are irrelevant to the design concept, in my opinion, and do not merit the comparison.

RAID71’s design, on the other hand, does indeed contain the very same idea. Although it is impossible to verify it now that all this happened, I honestly did not come across his work while searching for terms such as “Apple, Steve Jobs, logo, silhouette”. I did my best to ensure that the idea had not been done before

Hello Kitty 與 Miffy 和解

看到這新聞標題時覺得好好笑,就如現實世界兩個人握手邊言和。

雖然實際上跟荷蘭 Miffy 有拗撬的是 Hello Kitty 的朋友 Cathy,但都入 Hello Kitty 數啦。意外是乜原來 Hello Kitty 之前已經有隻比利時 Musti,真係頂癮。

一個人扮另一個人,我們叫模仿,扮大明星扮得似就更有錢途。但物有相同呢,我們習慣稱為抄襲。雙兔傍地走,要辨還是不難的,無論如何,事情是這樣結束了,也算團圓。

Hello Kitty和Miffy和解
捐出版權官司訴訟費

製作Hello Kitty的日本公司Sanrio同意跟Miffy荷蘭製作人和解,將版權官司的法律費15萬歐元,捐給日本311地震災民,協助日本重建,而日本公司同意停止使用Cathy兔。

Miffy是創造於1955年,而Cathy兔則是Hello Kitty的朋友,於1976年亮相。事緣於2010年3月阿姆斯特丹法院頒令創作Hello Kitty的Sanrio不可再於荷蘭、比利時和盧森堡推出外形與Miffy相似的Cathy兔,從而引起兩間公司的爭議。

三重門,抄襲門

又一個給抄襲者敗壞名聲的例子。為了韓寒成名作《三重門》出版十周年,而特別請來中國國內十位知名設計師重新為封面創作,重新發行,當中值得留意的是明顯取於Gorillaz的「最牛B版」,設計者:一宙幻想。以及偷自DJ Okawari 08年專輯《Diorama》唱片封套的「最另類版」,設計者:秋水書衣,最大的改動就抹掉原版的一顆痣。

周筆暢MV《魚罐頭》百分百抄襲

百思不得其解,周筆暢的新歌《魚罐頭》由陳偉與李焯雄聯手打造,曲詞上乘,MV的CG特效看來也所費不菲,卻將錢枉花在抄襲之上,是誰的主意。從電影《葉問》視覺效果總監黃智亨的微博上看到,原來異國的場景、迷離的氛圍、超現實的意象,統統源自本年度電子藝術大獎(Prix Ars Electronica)的得獎作品《Nuit Blanche》,由加拿大導演Arev Manoukian所拍,好好的一齣叫人炫惑的白夜現在呢,讓人蒙羞的是誰?一眾筆親你們要記得的是《魚罐頭》MV導演鄺盛。

位置不同,圈內人對圈內事有很多東西也不好說,明白。對於創作上無日無之的抄襲和剽竊,也差不多叫人麻木,但就是這樣的包容包疪,使我們中港台一同蒙羞。作為圈外的我始終不明白,為什麼像鄺盛導演這些屢次被揭抄襲人家作品的人就愈得寵,面對非議也長做長有,以小見大,究竟我們的社會出了什麼問題?

娛樂事業要是進一步萎縮下去,也別怪觀眾聽眾殘忍,面對司空見慣的抄襲有著習以為常的冷漠,最後的受害人是他,也是我和你。
