蘑菇薄餅

近日愛上了自製薄餅,由搓麵粉開始,厚薄兩相宜,前者軟,後者脆,最重要配料夠簡單,只加洋蔥、Mozzarella 芝士和蕃茄,是為紅批。今天終於一試白批,即是以蘑菇代替蕃茄,再加一些牛肝菌 Porcini 增香,效果想不到一樣出色,不消一刻即 KO 了。
