I accept his apology. Its easy for others to cast stones when nobody knows whats hidden in their closet. Unfortunetly for Edison his secrets were exposed but he was brave enough to apologize to the public. I don’t think he meant for these pictures to come out, I’m sure he has learned his lesson from this. The only safe place for memories is in your head. This is just an example of the pitfalls of technology.

As a computer security consultant.. all I can say is, if you have stuff that might RUIN your life, please consult people like me about how to keep it private.

That said, I think what he does with consenting adults (your gf was 18 at the time right Edison??) is something between him and the women.

We can take a look at this and see the difference between cultures. If this was a Tom Cruise video, and on it was Paris Hilton and the Olsen Twins, the news would fly, but I doubt anybody would quit showbiz because of it.

If this was a Britney or Lindsey or Paris affair, why all it would probably get for them is the cover charge waved at the nightclubs.

Come on man, not everyone will show to friends. Would you like to show your dick to you friends. geesh, everyone has their own way of doing things. Taking explicit photos is nothing new man, come on. There are many people out there that does it, the only thing is he was unlucky that the photos leaked out. I think photos are meant to be kept and not deleted. Just unlucky thats all. What’s the big deal man? It happens all the time in the US. No big deal. Geeesh. Get over it.

seriously, it is not totally his fault..Those girls also willing to take part of it..anyway, i felt his apology isn’t sincere..He said those pictures are very private and not intend to be shown to anyone..but he shown to his good friends and even bet with one of directors..

He said he going away from Hong Kong entertainment industry. There no time frame. That doesn’t mean he quit. It means he will focus his career in other countries such as US or hiding himself from Hong Kong triad.

His apology sounded very insincere to me. EDC should apology to nicholas tse. However, Nicholas Tse really a victim. As for Gillian, please don’t act as a victim or whatever.

I accepted his apology.
It is not really his fault that he wanted the photos to be leaked out.
And the cause of all these commotion is because he is a celebrity , more so we should not blame him , even though he should have the responsibility to keep the pictures private .
But of course , who would want such pictures of your own to be leaked out ?
If he did it intentionally , then it would be a different case.
What he done was just part of human nature.
It is not like it happens to him only.
Other people have done it before, just that Edison is a celeb.
This is really the cause of human nature .

I voted for the first option.

Seriously speaking, it’s not really his fault and I accept his apology.
People should realise that the girls took part in the photos so they played a part in it.
Everyone shouldn’t just put the blame on him.
Just because he’s a celebrity, everybody makes a HOO-HAA over every single mistake he makes.
Just remember something,
