Maybe because service quality is a factor of judgment, lots of the restaurants on the list are located in fine hotels. Quality is being well-promised, but lack a pinch of exploration and excitement. Nonetheless, for the upcoming month, it provides topics for all those food-tasting magazines and columns. And, I can tryout the list one by one when I go to Hong Kong next month.
