Norwegian Heart Shell 2

Hard shell clam or mussels? Oh sorry, Norwegians just call them “Heart Shell”. These “Heart Shell” in deep Sea have to be collected by diving, done by the aged. That’s why it is so valuable that it can be scarcely found in Market just in winter. One bag costs Kr100. Using black bean and pepper make the sauce. Cook it with pouring some alcohol until the shells open. Just eat it, hot and delicious!
