相隔5年沒有推出音樂作品， 《BREAK IT !》是Vangie鄧穎芝參與電視台真人Show 《G1格鬥會》後首支主打單曲。由著名監制徐浩度身訂造，一手包辦作曲、編曲及監制，好友Crystal張紋嘉填詞，並首次與Shimica 黃宇希合作featuring Rap 的部分 。
《BREAK IT !》帶點 Girls Power 的味道，歌曲內不停重複 「I don’t care what you say , I just wanna be me . Don’t you tell me what to do , baby cuz I ain’t free. 」希望帶出我們都有自己的價值，勇敢去做真實的自己，不要太在意別人對自己的想法，社會上有很多公式化的標準、審美觀…等等，《BREAK IT !》，一起打破別人給我們的框限。
